Simply click on the Category on the Items List Tree. You will notice + or - That marks the category. To open the Category for viewing click on the: + or Double Click on the category. To close the Category for viewing click on the: - or Double Click again on the opened Category.

It is easy, mainly intuitive using
UltimateData™ graphical viewing system.

Please Notice: Avoid Category, Sub-Category, and Item Name Duplications!

Please keep in mind to provide DIFFERENT Names for Categories, Sub-Categories or Items.
UltimateData™ does not accept same Category, Sub-Category or Item name. This is to ensure an accurate and quick Record Searching.

Example:

If you would like to open a Sub-Category name: Parts under 'Trains' category, you will not be able to open the same Sub-Category name: Parts under Die cast Cars category.

Solution: Name the Category, Sub-Category or Item with a different name like:

Parts - Die cast
Parts - Trains.

UltimateData™ keeps all database in alphabetical order. It is a good practice to name Categories, Sub-Categories and Items using texts and numbers. It is not recommended to name Categories, Sub-Categories and Items using symbols and other characters. (Like: Periods, Comas, Exclamation mark, Etc')
