1. After selecting an ICON from the icons window, Error Message appears: "Run Time Error 73 File Not Found: ' C:/Program Files/UltimateData RR Edition ServiceTracker/Images/logo.JPG'

Program Crashed after this Error Message.

This issue occurs due the lack of the file: logo.jpg. During some installations this file is not extracted into the Images folder.

Download this file into the Images folder. The Images folder is located under UltimateData RR Edition ServiceTracker installation folder. The default is:

C:/Program Files/UltimateData RR Edition ServiceTracker/Images

Download the file and save it into this folder.

Right-Click on the image and Save it into the Images Folder. (C:/ProgramFiles/UltimateData RR Edition ServiceTracker/Images)

The Error Message will not show again.

 

2. During trying to activate 'Artificial Intelligence GoBotz' from the Pull-Down menu: Utilities-Games' a Run Time Error number 339 appears.

A Message appears: Component 'mscomct2. ocx' or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

This issue occurs due the lack of the file: lmscomct2. ocx. During some installations this file is not extracted into the program's folder.

Download this file into the program's folder. The default program's folder is located at:

C:/Program Files/UltimateData RR Edition ServiceTracker/

Download the file and save it into this folder.

The Error Message will not show again.

 

3. The report DOES NOT EXPORT. Clicking on the briefcase button at the bottom part of the report is not opening the EXPORT form.

Basic setup files are missing.

Download the additional setup files by clicking HERE. (These files are ZIPPED using WinZip utility) Copy these files into the program's folder.

The default program's folder is located at:

C:/Program Files/UltimateData/

Restart UltimateData.

4. Error Number: 35602 Key is not unique in collection.

There are two identical records.
 

 

Check the database to see if there is two identical records, and correct it manually. Use the feature: Database Maintenance to check the database and eliminate duplicate records.
 

4. Error Message: An Error has been encountered: File MCI32.OCX is missing.

Basic setup files are missing. Click here to download the missing file: MCI32.OCX

5. A record is shown in the Sub-category/Category. When the user selects it and click on: Edit:

An Error has been encountered while trying to edit a record. Error 3021. No current record.

Corrupted Record Exists.

Perform database maintenance. Click on: Run All Checks for three (3) sequential times.
